Sacch' Rest: 150°F for 60 minutes Mashout: 170°F for 15 minutes

● 2 oz Magnum (Whirlpool - 20 mins) 

● 2 oz Herkules (Whirlpool - 20 mins) 


● Saflager W-34/70 

Mash Ingredients: 

● 10 lbs German Pilsner 

● 4 lbs Valley Malt Danko Rye 

● 1 lb Valley Malt Maize 

● 1 Golden Naked Oats 

● 1 lb Valley Malt Triticale 

● 0.25 lbs Midnight Wheat
