Boil time: 60 minutes
Batch size: 5.5 gallons

Yeast:

● Danstar Belle Saison

● Omega Yeast OYL-218 All The Bretts

● Omega Yeast OYL-605 Lacto Blend

Notes:

● Substitute in your favorite saison, lactobacillus, and Brettanomyces strains

Mash Ingredients:

● 5.5 lbs German Pilsner

● 1 lb Midnight Wheat

Mash Schedule:

Sacch' Rest: 150°F for 60 minutes
Mashout: 170°F for 15 minutes

Boil Additions & Times:

● 2 oz Tettnang (Whirlpool - 20 mins)
